US Senator: Arafat used our money to create terrorism

In an interview on CNN, US SenatorJohn Kyl (R-Arizona) said the US pumped millions of dollars into a PLO police force to create peace and that Palestinian Autority Chariman Yasser Arafat used it to create a terrorist infastructure. He said the US could not do this again.
