Zeev, Your last paragraph did more to answer my question than anything I have found. I kept asking the same question, although it may have semed stupid to others, because I didn't understand how GRNO could announce a sale for delivery in April. Then in they didn't know if they had a sale or not. I appreciate the time you took to answer my dumb question. Hopefully it is the permits etc. holding up these sales. Anyway, thanks for trying to explain it to me. Ron
