What security experience did Rice have before 2000?
She was a Stanford-studying collegiate "expert" on Russia and was on the board of Chevron (thanks to Bush Sr.). That's it. Not a single credential on anti-terrorism. No diplomatic experience. No law enforcement experience. Nothing.

First thing Bush did in the White House was disband the Al Qaida desk which Clinton had working 24-7. Then they ignored the 8-6 warnings. Then 9-11. Then Condi lies about WMD's and later gets a big promotion.

Obvious, if she were white or a man she's have been either fired or dumped into the White House basement with the rest of the professional liars.
