Pat - you beat me to the punch - my numbers are not terribly meaningful if the market was up 100% while Newbridge was only up 40%. Interestingly, however, it turns out to be just the opposite, take a look: Price appreciation from approx 4/27 to approx 5/9 for year 19XX: (sorry about the formatting) ---------- NN---------NASDAQ-----------S&P 500 1991:-----32%-----------2%---------------3% 1992:-----17%-----------3%---------------1% 1993:-----15%-----------4%---------------1% 1994:-----9%-----------(1%)-------------(2%) 1995:-----3%------------0%---------------2% 1996:-----9%------------3%---------------1% 1997:-----16%-----------10%--------------7% You can see NN beat both indexes in every year during this April / May window. Predictive or just coincidence??
