Tuck I think that it is a combination of the very weak IPO market, and a continued inability by management to "tell" the story. There are indications that SFE will be honing its focus in the near future. If the tea leaves are read correctly, it could be very good news. On the EPRO front, I am pretty sure that SFE shareholders will not be directly involved with the Sanchez SP. However, of course, it should positively impact the NAV. I am not sure whether, in the long run, an independent EPRO is a good thing, or not. We will have to watch it closely for a possible flip.
