"It's business as usual … That date can come and it can go – but it's a risk factor for Qualcomm." Absolutely true....until the day that any of Qualcomm's various claims to GSM patents comes to a decision. At that point, the risks shift. The first time that Qualcomm will take a hit to their earnings is in November '07 (based on the lag in calculating royalties). It will be interesting to see if we get any legal decisions on Q's GSM patents before then. Slacker
