Dear Adrian: Thank you for your post re prop 211. However, as to your "I'm sorry if this offends anyone". Please don't be bashful. Try to offend them as much as possible. You see the people that are responsible for prop 211 have no conscience, which is a prerequisite to taking offense. You seem like a very polite person, which is great, the world needs more polite people. But denigrating the prop 211 people can be great therapy. Kind of like punching one of those kids toys that keeps popping back up. Being an attorney is nothing to be ashamed of. The problem is that there are so many of them. This wouldn't be a problem given that supply/demand forces would pare the number down somewhat. But the prop 211 crowd is a group that can manufacture work for themselves. These people are what I refer to as snake lawyers. Not to be confused with the thousands of lawyers engaged in "legitimate" practices. Best Regards, Greg Gimelli
