Restricting suicide attacks to military targets would lend more credence to Arab insistence that they are "freedom fighters" as well. The French Resistance didn't make a habit of blowing up brau hausen in Munich. Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and Al Aqsa bombers destroying teenagers in pizza parlors and claiming resistance to occupation rings a bit hollow. Derek
