George, et al, Do we have any idea how much in convertible debentures
remains to be converted, and what the cap is for employee stock options?
(ie, do we know when the dilution will stop...?)

BTW, that reg-S nonsense is what has kept this stock from rallying
after the good earnings report, IMHO, much more so than the
trailing PE.
