re"JH, there is appeals." The judge made it clear he would rush any appeal straight to the supreme court, but that is not the point I'm trying to make. The DOJ is causing uncertainty, the unknown factor. I've never seen a stock yet that did'nt languish or go lower on any uncertainty. That explains why sunw, csco, intc, are way up today and msft is just sitting there. What else could explain the lack of performance today for msft. JH
