As you stated, ... Its not "everything", markets move on fear, greed and emotions, as they do on cheer, foolishness and carelessness, its not all politics.
If you look at what I said, ... it reflect what your saying, .. Politics and the markets are tied together, dont confuse yourself.
And TA and Fundamentals have A GREAT DEAL to do with each other, they are highly intertwined, they just part ways from time to time but eventually merge and move forward, .. or backwards if the case, TOGETHER.
