HMT supplies for Jaz disk only. Unless we can determine the tie ratio of each Jaz drive with the disks, it is hard to estimate the # of drives sold this quarter. One thing is sure-it probably won't be a sequential quarterly increase.

If anyone can drag up a previous research report by H&Q, you'll find that in each Jaz disk, HMT supplies two platters. In that report, H&Q also noted that if the Jaz sold well, Iomega would turn out to be 10% of HMT's business. I guess Iomega has already done that. Does anyone know how much each platter is sold for?
