I think that the caustic bake will not be included in ZEN's final production flow sheet. HCL will only be used to purify the graphite tossing caustic bake cutting down the CAPAX.

Thats the part he never should have said. Of Course he also said numerous other things as ThunderBaby and they had to muzzle him again.

So what he has told everyone here is

1) PEA must be redone, restated with all new costing for every part of the project
2) PFS is delayed because so far they have not been able to create a flow sheet that works under the Pilot
3) The change over from NAOH changes purity, and grinding sequences so the entire PEA has to be restated.

Why must all this be done? Simple, MET PROBLEMS which I pointed out as a reason to get out of ZEN in Jan 2014
