It would be surprising if Pakistan [their hero Khan] and Osama were not in cahoots sufficiently to deliver little atomic bombs to warehouses ready for delivery at the 'right time'. It has always seemed obvious that the way to deliver nukes is not by ICBM or B52, but by way of a container ship with an opium or marijuana shipment used to provide cover. Plenty of customs officers would take a bribe to let dope or opium through, but they might draw the line at atomic bombs, unless they were Moslems who had got a job as customs inspectors for the purpose of letting in such cargo. It's quite obvious that Pakistan's bosses are in cahoots with Osama or they are completely clueless to have had him living right there in a huge walled house just up the road from the capital and in the midst of plenty of military. Cahoots seems most likely since Pakistan backed Taleban against USSR and generally seems to be on the evil-doer side. Pakistan should invite the USA to inspect Osama's house to see if there's anything of interest. Being good friends, [giggle] it's the least they could do by way of apology for having been so hopeless as to have Bin Laden there for years. Pakistan is no doubt unsure that now is a good time to explode any stashed nukes. Al Qaeda might think twice about it too. An atomic bomb going off in London, Los Angeles or Sydney would get quite a response, I guess. A response that might be very unfortunate to be on the receiving end of. But maybe ports have been secure for decades against atomic bombs with radiation detectors able to locate any such bombs. It seems unlikely that they are reliably secure when tons of opium and other drugs constantly get through. Mqurice
