Cathedral Energy Services Income Trust has declared a cash distribution of
3.81 cents per trust unit will be payable on Oct. 15, 2002, to unitholders
of record on Sept. 30, 2002. This distribution is in respect of the period
July 30, 2002 (date the reorganization was completed) to Sept. 30, 2002 --
an approximate two-month period.
