W2000 - Printing
or
Username/Password

Hi Mike

You need to create a user account on the machine that hosts the printer. The username/password must be an exact match of the username/password that you use to log on to the machine from which you wish to print (remote machine).
If you make any changes in your remote username/password you must make sure that the changes are made on the host machine to maintain access.
You do not need to worry about domain information, only the username/password must match, it must be an exact match (case sensitive) to obtain access.
Any other account logging into the remote machine and wishing to print must also have an account on the comp hosting the printer.

You should be able to install the driver from the host machine after you create the synchronized account.
