I think anything that begins with someone killed by a daisy cutter bomb, and is presented as humor, is going to offend me
but I think anything with the religious element also included is going to offend a lot of people
of course that is why late night comics use that sort of stuff
it is their business to say what is offensive
and get good ratings
however, I don't think I would tell either joke
myself
I have a good one about a mouse I tell rather well
and I have some darned good chicken jokes, too
