That one does seem to be confusing. A couple of sites said you encountered an XP crash and that's just the report if you choose to send it. There are also many HijackThis logs that are telling folks to remove it. I do not know. I'd just keep an eye open for it to happen again. If it does, make sure you note what apps you had running at the time and what you were doing. Maybe that will give us a direction.
