Joel, zero or 2% interest rate will not change the economic landscape in Japan. Zero interest rate only encourage yen carry trades as the spread is by 50% higher between US bills and Yen denominated bills.

Only WS is profiting from ZERO interest rate policy. Japan is losing big.
