Somebody else tried to pull the same deal on DAY several years ago, with the same property, and owner. DAY outlasted them then, but things are different now. In retrospect, playing armchair quarterback, MDIN should have moved forward at Santiago, and not counted on funds from DAY. This project is way behind now, and so is the price. Hugh
