dabum, now I've seen everything: TMF, the former bastion of B&H, officially writes about shorting Palm. fool.com They just recently started paying attention to the price they buy at and even occasionally discuss selling now. energyplay: Bay area housing: a relative bought a used manufactured home of 1800 sq ft in a well kept SJ senior park for $130k. Add ~$600 monthly space rent. There may be parks like this for younger folks? Alameda vs Oakland Hills: no brainer - for me it would be Alameda because of the many marinas there.:) Gottfried
