Good point. Self preservation, the sign of good management( just kidding.)

What would be an ideal situation is that GBLX, with their massive employee base of 200, really finds out that they have bitten off more than they can chew and have to divist USW later. Better yet, they get into a vulnerable position and Qwest buys the whole lot at a discount. But I understand that the head of GBLX owns some 90% of the stock, so thats pretty unlikely. But who knows.

Still say Nacchio ups the bid.
