Hi Olga,

I think the fastest way to get your PC back on line is to first write down, as best you remember, all the recent things you did to your PC. Then call your machines support, or post to them using this form.

According to the links I posted there is a MB issue with your machine, just keep quiet about that (or the support guy might go defensive, just tell them what a great company you heard they are) and tell them the problem you have.

My guess is the problem will be identified in half an hour or so. The problems with that machine have been identified for months (as per sudian link, January '04) so I expect the fixes and work arounds will be well known by now.
