Hey, Bob, I know gas prices are low right now, and I was wondering if the warm El Nino winter accounted for some of that. If so, and next winter is back to normal or colder, it seems like gas prices would go much higher. That would make this the excelent time for Uselton to be making his acquisitions. I know you can not predict what is going to happen with gas prices, but does that thought make sense?
