I will not argue the point about computer advertising. A lot ads are also computer related, but not computer ads.

I will stand by my statement that a part IPO, part spin off makes no sense. The IPO would not add any great value to CPQ stock. A spin off to the share holders would make more sense. That way the share holders could realize more value.

I did the numbers some time back and posted them. It would amount to something like 1 AV share for 8 to 10 CPQ shares.
