Dang, I bet Rsys is zooming on the Instinet. Anyone have after-hours quotes?? Im still looking forward to the dismissal or settlement of the lawsuit. I wonder if the SEC will issue a statement. I recall hearing that the SEC would only act if it found an impropriety and would not act at all if nothing was found. Also regarding the acquisition, Intel, with their substanstial investment in Rsys, probably checked off on the deal. I wonder what type of "value-added products" they will offer in the DSP field? Things are definitely looking up! Jeff
