Hi Ron,

I've been following and reading up on AAG and VSY for a few weeks now, and am interested in taking the plunge. Here's my question: Since I have most of my funds tied up in other stocks, I can realistically only buy into either AAG or VSY right now. Do you have any sense of how investors in the two companies will come out of the merger? It sounds like roughtly two for one, but do you think one is selling at a premium to the other right now? Do you see any jockeying between the two for advantage in price before the merger, or one getting more advantageous treatment?

I'd appreciate any insights on the merger and relative positions of the two stocks up till then.

Thanks,
Sam
