Tony D,
When you do your CC with PBS, can you enter it on the net at net
debit order? Or must you leg in? I don't think PBS allow nakeds therefore either you must speak to broker to get order in or somehow
leg-in. Would you say same for spread (both puts or calls), would they allow spread orders at net debit/credit?
