Teri and all others on this Thread,

How many of you have seen the May issue of the Kipplinger Magazine entiled "A 92% Gain?" If you had bought two years ago the three top stocks, Applied materials, Intel, and Microsoft you would have had a 295% in AMAT when it reached $52, INTL gaining 232% when it reached $138 and MSFT gaining 177% when it reached $99.

Included in this gain, AMAT was a 63% loss (High $60-Low $22=$38/60=%63). Just think what the high price will possibly be in two more plus years (207-292% increase. Or will it be even greater if we figure the increase from the $60.

Who wants to set on the side with this prime stock.

What is going to happen in technology with the digitizing of the world in the next 7 years? To TV? To Telephones? etc.

What impact will these explosions have on AMAT?

I would like to hear your thoughts!

Things to think about.

Paul
