1. The lockup again. Who believes that Jeanette would keep her word about this?

I don't see why she wouldn't, especially if the lockup were for only a very short period of time. Like a few days...

3. Five months later, there has been no proxy to solicit shareholder votes to authorize the share transfer. In the absence of this agreement, Dorian Reed lent the shares to LFT, according to the 10Q.

There still hasn't been a vote on the reverse merger with SCMI, for that matter.
