He's always been a media darling and has always loved hobnobbing with the who's who of anything but he has changed his ways instead of using those that loved him. I was rooting for him in 2000 and it's my personal opinion he would have made a better president than Gore or Bush but my gut feeling is he has just sold his soul. Too much like Nixon and going after the person instead of the issues. If he is as good as you say he is, he wouldn't have sold his soul for anything let alone the presidency. Truth be told McCain wears masks pretending to be something he isn't. While that's true of many politicians, his mask hides a very dark side.
