Hi Al, the Buy signal would come from a move to 41. QWST is RS in O's, braking a triple bottom on 5-27 and then rallied up to about the BSL at 36... We need to look at the lower tops at 41 and then 40 as an indicator. Long way to 41 for a double top buy, and RS is in O's Side lines for now.... Just my thoughts. Later Preston
