And Bob...
In answer to your questions about orders and contracts.
From what I understand, RecOil's deal was a deposit an initial sum of $50,000, and a delivery by August or November. (see press release of Jan 6th.) In reviewing the press releases, as I suggest that everyone do as well, I see that the only deal that has "fallen through" is the one for Ardmore Capital Corp on Nov. 13th. This is because they had contracted to buy a #200 and Bill C. decided it was not economical to build small capacity units. The fact that they failed to pony up the required deposit in time provided the opportunity that Bill needed in order to cancel the deal.
Research Fuels would have liked to have their processor by now, but they had problems on their end. RecOil is slated to receive their first one in August, if not sooner.
The Hungarians.... (I don't know where the Hungarians stand at this time), but they weren't ready to accept one until September according to the release anyway.
Mid-West Refining is scheduled to receive its units within the next two years. No further details.
The Turkish deal is for 5 units over 5 years. They are currently working on obtaining local permits and organizing their waste oil collection infrastructure.
So for those who claim that the company has lied or misrepresented itself, I welcome you to once again THOROUGHLY reread the press releases and ask where you have been lied to by the company. They are not to blame for any gaps in their news releases. The customer/clients are the ones who make the final decisions.
In my opinion, I believe the market is waiting for a locked-in deal, before they respond by buying.
I advise everyone to be nimble, as the mmkrs will likely jack the price back up once a news release of contractual substance is announced. I'm pleading with the wife to let me buy "just a little more... strictly for a trading position of course, hon.. Really, honest.. I mean it..." :0) Maybe I can wear her down because I think we are seeing bargain basement prices and this stock will rebound hard to old levels at the first sign of solid buying.
Again, Bob... Thank you for the insightful post.
Regards,
Ron |
