I agree, Bush tax plan a dud. No stimulus. Market spoke on it and went down two days in a row. Nice if you own a huge block of Phillip Morris. That's about it. Now how is Bush going to fund Homeland Security, Wars, military, health care, prescription drugs, Social security, educations, etc? he can't. We may end up with a deficit in the multi trillions. Hardly fiscally conservative. The markets love balanced budgets. They're not getting them
