Joel: I asked the same question of Jeff earlier today. He answered me. He seemed sincere, but didn't know much.

I, too, think the self transfer decision could be a killer. Why should we trust management at this point?

BTW: I still haven't seen confirmation of the suit being filed. Someone on this thread must have access to the federal court system. I find it disturbing, as I said in an earlier post, that management has chosen not to comment. Since they finally were able to send out a copy of the press release to shareholders, there is no reasonable explaination for their failure to address this issue, even if it has to be in general terms until full consultation with counsel.
