I appreciate your feedback, since this is an area that I have not followed extensively.

With the emphasis on California's energy problems, and buyouts of smaller energy companies.....maybe some of "the normal rules" for evaluating cyclicals might be somewhat altered? IMO there might be more potential buyers of energy related companies due to the emphasis of the "crisis" that seems to be effecting our state.

Today on the radio they were mentioning our Stage 2 Power Alert...calling it "Spring Training" for the coming summer months. People do seem to react to the power alerts, and consciously try to reduce their power use. One office manager went a little too far when she unplugged the office coffee pot....but most are willing to make some sacrifices.
