Don't currently own it, but Doug Hughes had a position in it a while ago (smallbanknewsletter). Its not a trader as there isn't any real movement though they have made a nice comeback from the lows in 2009 as many better banks have. Dividend yield at about 4.5% and well covered. I don't see this one as a buyout candidate, but a worthy long term investment. Just completed the buyout of Fort Orange Financial giving them a footprint in the capital district, so will look towards the combined numbers ahead to get a feel to see if they paid the right price.
