HPQ is a co I've never really followed or had much interest in, but one notable to me is what I perceive as a low % R/D as pct of sales. I don't know if it used to be higher, but it's just out of pattern for the techies.

To the degree that you view R&D as a pipeline to future opportunities its a flag worth considering.
