Do you mean that polygamist father from Kenya who came here on an American scholarship grant to the University of Hawaii----- and then went to Harvard from the University of Hawaii?

There was a Harvard connection established early in life through his polygamist father who abandoned Obama to go to Harvard.

Obama went to Punahou the silver spoon school of Oahu, Hawaii while the other island children went to the less desirable local public schools of that time.

That was privilege in Hawaii. Any local Hawaiian family of that era can tell you about Punahou and privilege.

Local people could not afford Punahou-----their families worked in the cane fields and pineapple fields ----not Obama's family.
