As I read that - spending will be hugely loaded into the first half.

Do I read that right?

I didn't hear the CC but Q1 spending of 2.5B was reported in the news when earnings were released. Probably for 32nm node? Their 2008 capex at $5.2B is correct. I think, INTC will revise its 2009 capex numbers lower as the year progresses but you are right, they are trying to be efficient with their capex and is first half loaded.
