So the bill/budget we are looking for the President to sign is for the Department of Justice.....right?...and we want it "as is".

And will all of the 13 different bills be taken to the President at one time?.....or will they trickle to the White House one at a time?

I thought that the emegency funding bill was only good until the 23rd of October.......will the Congress just extend it again?......or am I confused?

ps. Seems to me that if the INS is to have 600 machines up and going by July 30th.......They will need to get it going darn fast......a happy thought.......The entire order in early November would be just fine.....but a wink and a nod from the President could make it sooner.
