Huh?! This Yael Li-Ron is a "Senior editor?" Good Lord. This kind of ill-informed nonsense is typical of PC pop rags. I would hope PC World's next Senior Editor is a little more market savvy than this poor bumbler.

I've met very, very few Mac users over the years who plod along from day to day using only the software that comes bundled with their machine. They use what works best, and they can figure out what works best because they have the flexibility to experiment with lots of different programs without leaving junk all over their hard drives, unlike configuring a Wintel machine.

Long live the Mac. I don't care if the bottom falls out of this stock tomorrow (which it won't), the Mac is still the best computer I've ever used (two machines in eight years, less than 20 crashes during that time).
