Long. I sold some at 11 1/2, then added more back at 8 1/2. I sold a small amount today at 8 15/16 and was going to dump the rest of my shares at about 10AM tomorrow if the stock didn't move beyond 9. One more day and I would have been safe. As it is I will take a major hit tomorrow. I have very little to base this on, but I am suspicious that they got an offer to buy the company or part of their assets earlier this year and turned it down. That is what I suspect made the stock move to 12. I think that either they turned it down, or the buyer backed out based on weak sales, and that made the stock come back. IF they had an offer, they can now go back and negotiate, but from weakness, not from strength. Maybe they can still get something. Good luck. We will all need it. Carl
