Good post Thomas. Our company did a PP at $0.375, and when it was announced etc., the stock was at $0.80. Of course, lots of people were wondering why it was priced so cheaply, why they couldn't buy some now that the current price was $0.80 etc.

Bottom line... these PP's are priced, as you say, some time prior to the actual announcement, and things change as time goes on.
