Decent sized change on the COT report, but it confuses me. Basically flat on the NDX, but the commercials are less net short by 18K contracts or so on the SPX. What confuses me is that they are adding to both longs and shorts on the big contract, not closing out shorts. Anyone know what to make of this? Dow battling last week's low as I type. Nothing like a Friday afternoon for a little action. the freep
