OFF TOPIC Mike, Much appreciate the clarification. I did misunderstand because of the apparent depth of your front office knowledge. Frankly I am amazed that you cover that the way you do, yet have so much invested outside it in the real world. No wonder you find that time is in very short supply - especially since you clearly demonstrated the thoroughness of your research into the Q on this thread. Even though I had held the Q for some time and thought I knew a great deal about it, I learned from the results of your DD posted here. If you have done that for 6 or 7 companies, I congratulate you. Like wow. And you do all this with a full time job. Are you like Winston Churchill and only require 2 or 3 hours sleep a night, or how do you find the time? Scrub that, it is none of my business. Guess you must just be pretty quick and nimble and etc.etc. Best. Chaz
