Let me ask you. This is important.

If it is expensed it reduces EPS.

Do you also want to further reduce EPS using Fully Diluted Shares Outstanding?

Or would it be acceptable to use the lesser actual Shares Outstanding until such time as an option is converted?

Why wouldn't/shouldn't the net result possibly be zero?
