I am sorry not to be able to post today, but had alot of issues to address. Been on two different lines with genesis all day, and have not even had time for lunch! Anyway, alot of things have come to a head today, which I stated a few weeks ago would happen.....Being that April 17, 1997 would be the call day for the naked short positions.
If you give it some thought, you will realize that without Florida Atlantic Trading Company, Genesis now has the doc's to stop any and all naked trading. Basically the naked shorts are done as of this day!
I foresee Genesis cleaning up all open matters in the next few days.
The shorts knew this was coming, and had plenty of advance warning.
I have hinted to you guys for the last month or so what I thought would happen. Well it is done, and now we look forward. Also Genesis will through there Attorneys, correct all problems with this transfer
and will most likley contract with a much larger transfer company.
They need to clear up the books from the old transfer agent, issue the Div. and send out the certs. I have been told by Genesis today that they will ship them out ASAP, being next week sometime.
It seems at this level of trading, it is a great buying opportunity
for new comers and day traders, and for the scared; a time to sell.
I foresee a lot of buying activity tommorow, as the storm settles.
I hear some new buying coming in tommorrow.
The CRIC deal is still on trac, and from what I have heard through
the grapevine, the numbers came in, and the CD was valued at 99 million.
As to the litigation issue, from what I have heard, there is no substance to the case...Just alot of hot air...Intill I get some solid
facts on this issue, I will not state anymore.
Again, you all should have been aware that this was forthcoming, as I stated a few weeks ago...I am sure the ones that got scared off today,
will take out there feeling on the thread for sometime, especially as the stock goes up...
Finally for now till I receive more information, I understand that the rocketship is still airborn, and that there should be a news wire
out tommorrow...
