To pass the time, I want to point out some things. First, look at this post. The transfer agent had sent to Genesis a letter of resignation today. Lou as you read, bought his shares at this transfer agents office. All of us were set up by Lou and his friends. Some of us took the bait and ran. Lou dumped this information on us before Genesis could notify us of anything, plain and simple.
Ok, the law suit is an ongoing ordeal from the past management. So where is the news in this? No kidding, this crap has been going on for ages. It's BS, who cares??
Lou was here a few weeks ago with his last law suit. These are all BS. This has been gone over before, over and over again. The trick here is to get us this information before Genesis can, make it look new, and cause a problem.
<<<<TO ALL: I have heard the same thing about the $75 million lawsuit, that J. Anthony has mentioned. Also the transfer agent has dumped GIFS that is probably why some people haven't recieved their certs. I tried calling the company and their counsel Robert Rosen, but as usual they ignored me. I don't know if the lawsuit has any merit but I'm pretty sure it's been filed. If anybody find's out who the new transfer agent is please post. Good Luck>>>>
