THE GOOD..

First, I do not own AOL shares nor do I work for them. I just wanted to say that there has been significant improvements in services provided by AOL.

2 years ago I joined and stayed on for several months...discontinued membership once my university offered internet access for free. Just recently, I decided to try the 50 free hours and see what changes occurred....I was really impressed.

By the way, anyone remember the hacking software called FREEAOL? Last version was 2.5...and left a trail. Also, remember BOMB? AOL has really tightened their security features. Recent visits to underground soft ftp's no longer have AOl related hacking softs...with the exception of virii...but their here to stay at all levels.

As a webmaster of several high traffic sites, I can tell you that maintaining such sites are a bitch. My hats off to AOL.

THE BAD...

I do agree with some comments mentioned regarding finances though...over-valued stock price and debt issue. Who cares...as long as you make a profit I say. Good hunting fellas...
